This is a space where you can finally drop the armor and be seen for who you really are — not judged, not fixed, but supported. Together, we rise through honest conversation, spiritual practices, and somatic tools that help you reconnect to your strength, your purpose, and your power. Whether you’re going through a relationship breakdown, feeling stuck in your success, or simply know there’s more to life than what you’re currently experiencing — this is where the shift begins.

This group will meet in a circle of chairs but will include meditation techniques where you may prefer to lay down.
Please bring whatever makes you more comfortable, such as a yoga mat, water, blanket & pillow
